DaSBiT stands for Data Science and Bioinformatics for Transcriptomics :)

About

The main goal of the module is to familiarize students with data in transcriptomics, remind statistical aspects. Practical part includes working with gene expression data using R. Participants should have basic R programming skills (please check a module Introduction to R).
