The main goal of the course is to familiarize students with data in transcriptomics, show them the methods for data exploratory analysis, and related statistcal approaches. Practical part includes working with gene expression data using R. Participants should have basic R programming skills (please check a module Introduction to R).

  • The lecture is given by Dr. Petr Nazarov, Head of Bioinformatics platform and Multiomics Data Science research group, Luxembourg Institute of Health.
