MoDaS: Predictive Models
About
In this module we will consider basics of machine learning approach and build models for regression and classification of samples/patients. We will also use Cox regression to describe and predict patient survival based on clinical observation or gene expression. Participants should have basic R programming skills (please check module Introduction to R).
