DaSBiT stands for Data Science and Bioinformatics for Transcriptomics :)

About

This training session provides a kick-start for those, who are interested in using R-language for the analysis and handling their experimental data. We shall start with basic R programing, see how to load, transform biological data and do its basic visualization.

• The course is given by Petr Nazarov, with the support of Pascale Baden, DoCR LIH.
